Yes, you need to provide proof of Full Coverage Insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage and property damage limits matching the value of the car you’re renting. We do not offer insurance; any damages during your booking are covered by your insurance.
No, we only accept credit cards as a form of payment.
We accept credit card payments for security deposits. Please note that the card must be in the name of the primary renter. A $1,000 authorization hold is placed on the card at the time of booking. It’s important to understand that this hold is not immediately deducted from your card; rather, it serves to cover any potential expenses such as minor damages, EZ Pass fees, gas, etc., and is released upon the return of the car.
Please submit your “request to book” form, and we’ll confirm your reservation and collect required documentation promptly.
Cars are delivered with a full tank of gas, and we expect them to be returned likewise.
